Meet Christine Hagan - Founder & Travel Curator
At the heart of Evoque Journeys is Christine Hagan, a former attorney from Houston, whose love for exploration led her to trade legal briefs for a passport and trekking boots. Now living full-time in Costa Rica, Christine is surrounded by the outdoor adventure she craves, and channels that same spirit into creating bespoke travel experiences for her clients.
With a keen eye for detail and a gift for curating one-of-a-kind journeys, Christine specializes in crafting itineraries that are as seamless as they are unforgettable. Her personal adventures have taken her to the summit of Kilimanjaro followed by a Tanzanian safari, across the dramatic Kalalau Trail on Kauai's Na Pali Coast, and along Peru's legendary Salkantay trek to Machu Picchu. These experiences fuel her mission: to design travel that inspires awe, sparks connection, and celebrates adventure in style.
When she's not scouting the next incredible destination, you'll find Christine mountain biking and playing pickleball with her husband, enjoying time with her teenage daughters, and cheering for her son as he competes on the college football field.
